As the Accreditation Manager you will convey the value of ´óÏó´«Ã½ to business schools worldwide and support schools with their continuous development and achievement of overall high quality. This role will focus on schools in the EMEA region and will be based in Amsterdam.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide guidance and support for a portfolio of accredited schools and those in the initial accreditation process, working in close coordination with mentors and peer review teams.
  • Develop and support quality assurance strategies for member schools in EMEA to ensure quality throughout the accreditation process.
  • Actively participate in industry-related activities, and promotes ´óÏó´«Ã½ accreditation at internal and external events, workshops, conferences, etc.
  • Facilitate the movement of appropriate member schools into the accreditation process.
  • Review and analyze school documentation, including but not limited to eligibility applications, school accreditation reports, exclusion requests, substantive changes, etc. on an ad hoc basis as requested by schools and when considered by accreditation committees.
  • Serve as a resource for accreditation committee members in preparation of and during committee meetings. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the higher education landscape and developments in the EMEA region. 
  • Participate in departmental ISO audits as assigned, whether as a process owner, back-up owner or auditor. 
  • Perform duties in accordance with ´óÏó´«Ã½’s values and ensures that the best interest of ´óÏó´«Ã½ and its members is at the forefront of all initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language, as you will need to liaise with colleges and universities globally
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Five (5) years of related experience (i.e., building and supporting member relationships, program administration and/or management experience in higher education, experience with accreditation and quality assurance) 
  • Ability to travel internationally (5–10 percent a year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Eight (8) or more years of related experience as mentioned above 
  • Proficiency in additional European languages

As the Member Engagement Manager - EMEA (7 month contract) you will serve as the primary member services liaison for an established area within the EMEA region, focusing on relationship management, proactive outreach, member value, and revenue growth. In partnership with regional leadership, the Member Engagement Manager develops and executes strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.

How You Will Contribute

  • Serve as ´óÏó´«Ã½’s member services liaison for assigned current and prospective members, addressing inquiries, providing proactive outreach and enhancing member engagement and retention. Respond to escalated questions and concerns of significance with assigned members. 
  • In conjunction with the Executive Vice President and Vice President, participate in the development of outreach and engagement strategies and successfully executes them. 
  • Develop and implement tailored strategies to boost member engagement and retention based on individual needs and feedback. 
  • Recruit and retain members through outreach and engagement strategies. Coordinate and lead information sessions and seminars to share ´óÏó´«Ã½’s value with prospective members. Actively participate in industry-related activities; promote ´óÏó´«Ã½ at events, workshops, conferences, etc. 
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with government entities and local/regional/national quality assurance authorities and establish cooperative agreements when applicable.
  • Analyze member data to identify engagement trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Research and validate best practices and assist other ´óÏó´«Ã½ departments and volunteers in the development and implementation of member and accreditation-focused seminars and workshops. 
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated CRM questions and concerns from the department.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on organizational programs and services for members.
  • Identify and analyze system or process-related challenges and opportunities, providing recommendations to the Director of Membership & Affiliates. Participates in the development and oversees implementation of regional operational improvements, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures and organizational goals. 
  • Perform duties in accordance with ´óÏó´«Ã½ International’s Mission and Values. 

Requirements

  • Fluency in the English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Five plus (5+) years of relevant experience in member services, recruitment, or a similar role 
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 30 percent a year)

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university 
  • Eight plus (8+) years of relevant experience in member services, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages
