Megan Cluver, Deloitte LLP
Megan Cluver is a Principal with Deloitte Consulting's Higher Education practice with over seventeen years of experience working with higher education systems and institutions, helping higher education leaders to design and implement transformational change. Foundational to the success of Megan’s work has been strong client partnerships and a change management focus. Megan has worked across the spectrum of institutions to identify new market opportunities, examine the Future of Work in higher education and redesign the institutional operating model. Megan’s recent areas of focus consider how linkages across the spectrum of higher education, workforce development and employer needs offer opportunities to redefine how the higher education ecosystem can meet the needs of a broad base of learners. Megan also currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board for the Vermont State College System. In her leadership role on the Board, she is helping to evolve the Board toward data-driven decision-making and accountability as the Chancellor leads the VSCS to a consolidated, centralized approach to supporting the state’s needs.
Jon Fansmith, American Council of Education
Jonathan Fansmith directs ACE’s comprehensive efforts to engage federal policymakers on a broad range of issues including student aid, government regulation, scientific research, and tax policy. His work involves representation before the U.S. Congress, administrative agencies, and the federal courts. As an expert voice on behalf of colleges and universities, he is quoted widely in national and international media on higher education issues. Fansmith plays a central part in developing public policy positions that impact all colleges and universities, furthering ACE’s historic role in coordinating the government relations efforts of approximately 60 associations in the Washington-based higher education community. Fansmith coordinates the efforts of the Student Aid Alliance, a coalition of over 80 higher education organizations. He is a member of the Think College National Coordinating Center Accreditation Workgroup, which was created as part of the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008. He also serves on the board of directors of the Foundation for Education Investment and the advisory board of the National Association of Graduate-Professional Students. Fansmith was formerly the president and an executive committee member of the Committee for Education Funding. His writing has appeared in publications ranging from The Washington Post to The Journal of College and University Law, and he has appeared in The Associated Press, The Washington Post, Politico, Roll Call, Bloomberg, The Chronicle of Higher Education, National Public Radio, USA Today, National Journal, and Inside Higher Ed, among other media outlets. In addition, he co-hosts ACE’s dotEDU podcast. Fansmith earned a BA in history from Georgetown University and an MA in government from Johns Hopkins University.
Martin Boehm, Hult International Business School
Martin Boehm is the Dean and Professor of Marketing at IE Business School in Madrid. He previously served as the Dean of Programs, the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies at IE University and the Associate Dean of the Master in Management at IE Business School. Martin’s intellectual interests center on Customer Management. His research provides managerial implications on how to build profitable and long-lasting customer relationships. Prior to joining the IE Business School faculty, he studied International Business at Reutlingen University of Applied Sciences and received an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship. He completed his academic education with a Doctorate in Marketing which he obtained from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University in Frankfurt.

Eileen McAuliffe, ´óÏó´«Ã½ International
As a member of the ´óÏó´«Ã½ executive team, Eileen McAuliffe leads thought leadership initiatives, positioning ´óÏó´«Ã½ as the global voice of business education. She advocates for the quality, relevance, and societal impact of business schools around the world, while also managing strategy and operations for the EMEA region to ensure effective engagement and support for ´óÏó´«Ã½ members. She previously served as Pro Vice-Chancellor (Global) and Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business, Law, and Social Sciences at Birmingham City University. In this role, she guided the university’s 2030 and Beyond Strategy, ensuring alignment of global initiatives with the institution’s long-term vision. As Executive Dean, she led 12,000 students and 400 Faculty overseeing a budget of approximately £100 million. Beyond academia, McAuliffe has extensive international experience in the oil industry, having held executive positions with ConocoPhillips in tax advisory. She earned her PhD in 2017 and was named Professor of International Taxation in 2020. McAuliffe is an active member of the United Nations Platform for the Collaboration on Tax. She is a former member of the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Board of Directors.
